PLEASE NOTE-SOFTWARE INSTALL REQUESTS-Any software which is installed or downloaded must be properly acquired by the School District and licensed to the School District from the copyright owner thereof, and any modifications must comply with the terms of the applicable license(s). Software installation requests will not be implemented until required proof of ownership and license status has been reviewed and approved. Please place a Service Desk Incident and be certain to include your building, room number, title to be installed, and media location.


FOR HARDWARE INSTALLS--Please place a Service Desk Incident and be certain to include your building, room number, equipment model and service or serial tag and where the equipment is located. All equipment should be at the location of install prior to the Technician coming to install it.
