Software installation requests will not be implemented until required proof of ownership and license status has been reviewed and approved. FOR HARDWARE INSTALLS--Please place a Service Desk Incident and be certain to include your building, room number, equipment model and service or serial tag and where the equipment is located. All equipment should be at the location of install prior to the Technician coming to install it.
