Technician On-line Chat – Select this option for immediate assistance regarding a technology problem, question, or inquiry (i.e. smartboard not working, sound not working showing a video.) This option is on-line communication only; phone support is not available with this option. If the issue cannot be resolved, a help desk ticket will be opened and routed to on-site support.


Technician Phone Support – Speak directly with a technician over the phone for immediate assistance regarding a technology problem, question, or inquiry (i.e. computer not turning on, can't log into the network.) If the issue cannot be resolved, a help desk ticket will be opened and routed to on-site support.


Report an issue – Select this option for non-urgent requests (i.e printer cartridge replacements, project lamp replacements) that do not require an immediate resolution.


Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) – General support will be available (i.e. how to access the wifi.) Neither remote nor on-site support is responsible for maintaining or troubleshooting personal devices. However, if an issue should arise a best effort approach will be provided to obtain a resolution.
